Bulk Cooperator Import

Invite cooperators via CSV

Upload a CSV of cooperator details to send SMS invitations. Cooperators receive a 6-digit code to join the selected cooperative.

1. Download template

Use the official CSV template with required columns: firstName, lastName, nationalId, mobile.

2. Select cooperative & populate

Choose the target cooperative, then fill in cooperator records. Zimbabwe mobile numbers required.

3. Upload & send invitations

Upload the CSV. The system validates rows, creates cooperators, and sends SMS invitations with 6-digit codes.

Required CSV columns
firstName— First/given name
lastName— Surname/family name
nationalId— National ID number (unique)
mobile— Zimbabwe mobile (+263…)
gender— Male, Female, Other
province— Province name
district— District name
physicalAddress— Street or area
email— Email address
dateOfBirth— YYYY-MM-DD
academicLevel— Primary, Secondary, Tertiary

Each cooperator will receive an SMS with a 6-digit invitation code valid for 30 minutes. Cooperators can accept the invitation via the mobile app or USSD to join the cooperative. You can resend invitation codes for pending invitations after the import.
